This is one of my vault products, by that I mean, there are some products I buy, keep them aside and forget to use it. I was cleaning up when I found Frizz Ease Dream Curls by John Frieda. I remembered using it once but couldn’t remember if I liked it. So, it came out of my vault and onto the shelf.

WHAT IS IT?

It is a mild styling spray for people with frizzy, wavy and curly hair which is unmanageable.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

“Revitalises and enhances natural curls for frizz-free salon touchable hold” It restores definition and elasticity to natural curls, leaves hair shiny and soft.

HOW TO USE IT?

After your hair wash, spray it on damp hair, scrunch small sections of the hair to help create definition. You can let your hair dry out naturally or blow dry it.

HOW WAS IT?

So, I don’t really have curly hair. I have wavy hair and lately because of the weather I’ve noticed a lot of frizz on the upper section of my hair near my crown area. You can have a look at my hair before and after using this product in the pictures below.

DID IT HELP?

So, I have mixed feelings about this one. It did help, not to the extent I thought it would. As you can see in the pictures that my hair seems more tamed and yes the waves are more defined no doubt about that. As for the shiny and soft finish, I wasn’t too pleased. But, what I really liked was the over all end result of my hair looking well kept. I didn’t need to blow dry it and for the rest of the day my waves remained defined. What I loved is that this product is super mild and alcohol free, so it didn’t damage or dry my hair like other styling products.
